Hi Stephan,If ever there was a product for your theme it would be the Icon balancing act piece . It has words such as collaboration, balancing act, teamwork and integrity already on each puzzle piece that you can place into the scale. I think this piece even shows better then the picture. It is really well made and packaged beautifully. But, the idea of building a pyramid also requires teamwork and effort. The different pyramid puzzle options such as the ball pyramid , wooden pyramid , and another pyramid option allows for a lot of imaginative imprinting and lastly, the rowboat is yet another symbol of the collaboration that is needed to move a team smoothly down the stream.
