Question:We are starting a new project with a major manufacturer and their "customer satisfaction" training. They are implementing a program that all employees as well as dealers of their product will be required to take. Our firm is helping with the DVD production of the training as well as other printed materials that will be used. I was hoping that you could help me think of a few ideas that we could give each participant as a reminder of "thinking about customer satisfaction". Thanks
Answer:One of the first thing that comes to mind is the sound cardthat says Thank-you in many different languages. It is powerful. We also have a talking bag with a similar chip that is stock. Another idea is to use a recordable card Then during the training session you have everyone make a self recording of the very best customer service pitch they can come up with! Someone wins something and then they all have their best pitch reminder to play back at their desk.Try it!
